IB (PYP)?Section?Characteristics

小班制——國(guó)際化小班制教學(xué),探究部每班不超過(guò)35人。有利于課堂組織,有利于課堂教學(xué),有利于學(xué)生成長(zhǎng),讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能得到老師充分的關(guān)注。

Small Class Size – International small class teaching, with no more than 35 students per class in the PYP?Section. It is conducive to classroom organization, classroom teaching, and student growth, allowing each student to receive full attention from teachers.

UOI課程(超學(xué)科探究課)——六大跨學(xué)科的探究主題為學(xué)生提供探索世界的框架。師生圍繞這六個(gè)主題設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)單元。這六個(gè)主題突破了傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科之間的界限,涵蓋語(yǔ)言、人文、個(gè)人/社會(huì)、數(shù)學(xué)、藝術(shù)和科學(xué)技術(shù)。學(xué)生在探究學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中,形成對(duì)重要概念的理解,掌握基本知識(shí)和技能,形成積極的態(tài)度,學(xué)會(huì)采取負(fù)責(zé)的行動(dòng)。

UOI Course (Transdisciplinary Inquiry Course) – Six cross-disciplinary inquiry themes provide a framework for students to explore the world. Teachers and students design teaching units around these six themes. These six themes break through the boundaries between traditional subjects, covering language, humanities, individual/society, mathematics, arts, and science and technology. In the process of inquiry learning, students form an understanding of important concepts, master basic knowledge and skills, develop positive attitudes, and learn to take responsible actions.

ISC課程(IB學(xué)科探究課)——語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ)及其它學(xué)科探究式學(xué)習(xí)課程。

ISC Course (IB?Subject Inquiry Course) – Chinese, mathematics, English, and other subject inquiry-based learning courses.

ECA課程(拓展選修課)——根據(jù)學(xué)生心理、身體發(fā)展程度,開(kāi)設(shè)適合學(xué)生發(fā)展的拓展性課程,開(kāi)展了STEAM課、木藝課、游泳課。

ECA Course (Extended Elective Course) – According to the psychological and physical development of students, it offers expanded courses suitable for students’ development, including STEAM courses, woodworking courses, and swimming courses.

雙語(yǔ)課堂——擁有優(yōu)秀英語(yǔ)教師,從一年級(jí)開(kāi)始開(kāi)設(shè)劍橋英語(yǔ)課程,營(yíng)造濃烈的外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍和環(huán)境。在強(qiáng)化中文母語(yǔ)教學(xué)的同時(shí),在學(xué)生最佳語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)年齡及時(shí)開(kāi)展英語(yǔ)教學(xué),使學(xué)生從小就具有掌握兩門(mén)語(yǔ)言的基本能力。

Bilingual Education Environment –?Our school boasts an exceptional team of English instructors who commence Cambridge English curriculum from the first grade, fostering a rich and immersive language learning environment. Simultaneously, while reinforcing Chinese language instruction, we introduce English education at the most conducive age for language development, ensuring that students develop foundational skills in both languages from an early stage.

三方會(huì)談——教師、家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生三方會(huì)面進(jìn)行溝通,共同分析家庭教育、學(xué)校教育和學(xué)生自身情況,促進(jìn)了“教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)”三方相互理解與支持,充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生內(nèi)在的動(dòng)力,變被動(dòng)發(fā)展為主動(dòng)發(fā)展,提高家校教育的互動(dòng)效果。

Three-way conferences?– Teachers, parents, and students meet for communication, jointly analyzing family education, school education, and the students’ own situation, promoting mutual understanding and support among teachers, students, and parents, fully mobilizing the students’ inner motivation, changing passive development to active development, and improving the interaction effect of home-school education.

學(xué)生自主探究——學(xué)生通過(guò)自主探究、小組合作、探索求真的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù),使學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、合作協(xié)助能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、自我管理能力得到快速提高,積極培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的十大品質(zhì)。

Student-Led Inquiry –?Through self-directed exploration, collaborative projects, and a quest for truth, students accomplish academic tasks, swiftly enhancing their independent learning skills, teamwork, communication abilities, and self-management. This approach proactively cultivates the ten key qualities in students.

養(yǎng)成教育——開(kāi)創(chuàng)“齊善食育課”、“修身勞動(dòng)課”、“德育綜合課”,通過(guò)教師引導(dǎo)、環(huán)境熏陶、自主實(shí)踐等多種形式,讓學(xué)生領(lǐng)悟做人做事的道理,養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的個(gè)人品質(zhì)。

Character Education –?We have initiated courses like “Qi Shan Food Education,” “Self-Cultivation through Labor,” and “Comprehensive Moral Education.” These courses, guided by teachers and influenced by the environment, encourage students to understand the ethics of conduct, foster positive habits, and develop outstanding personal attributes.

一書(shū)五證——“一書(shū)”指“一張優(yōu)質(zhì)中學(xué)錄取通知書(shū)”,“五證”指“游泳合格證、書(shū)法(包括漢、英硬筆,漢字毛筆)合格證、口語(yǔ)(包括漢、英)合格證、葫蘆絲演奏合格證、跳繩合格證”。保證我校畢業(yè)生均能取得。

“One Admission and Five Certifications”?– “One Admission” refers to “a high-quality middle school admission notice,” while “Five Certifications” include “swimming proficiency certificate, calligraphy (covering Chinese and English penmanship, Chinese brush calligraphy) proficiency certificate, oral communication (including Chinese and English) proficiency certificate, hulusi performance proficiency certificate, and skipping rope proficiency certificate.” This initiative ensures that all our graduates are equipped with these achievements.

課后服務(wù)——課后服務(wù)與特色課程相結(jié)合,主要由校內(nèi)特色藝術(shù)社團(tuán)、體育鍛煉和自主學(xué)習(xí)作業(yè)輔導(dǎo)三大板塊組成。讓每一個(gè)參與課后服務(wù)的學(xué)生都可以自由學(xué)習(xí)。

After-School Programs –?Our after-school services are integrated with specialized courses, primarily consisting of school-specific art clubs, sports activities, and guided homework support. These programs allow every participating student to engage in self-directed learning.
